As of looking at this, I must say that overall that this is a very decent piece.

What I really enjoyed is the usage of colors to give this character, well, character. To elaborate, this man's demeaner works with the darker colors used in the hat, jacket, and hair. See, since his expression is more neutral then the darker violet of the hair works in that it doesn't provide a color dissonance as seen with the clothing as well. As I said, the character, is this state of being, is more expected to have these darker and duller colors. Think this, would bright, fluorescent colors work with this characters design?

My only problem is that the sternocleidomastoid muscle isn't as defined looking at this man's build. The back of his neck reaches a bit awkwardly too far, but that' s than easy fix. Personally, from where the SCM muscle ends should also be where the clavicle should be at least hinted at by deeper shading near the shoulder.

Interestingly, I personally like the neon yellow background. It fits the Pac-man.
