Oh wow, I seriously love all the colors in his hair and eyes!! It looks so pretty and cool! 
Is that ONE reflected in his eyes??
It is bugging me a little that this very nearly a square, but it isn't. It still looks good, but maybe the composition could be improved by adjusting the top's height to match the width, and simply moving the words up a little higher?
